HOTEL / VENUE INFORMATION

Hotel rates for the convention are not available yet, but we’re working hard to secure accommodations for all our attendees. Stay tuned for updates!

The District will send communications as soon as the hotel information is available, so keep an eye on your inbox for all the details.

Judges and Feedback Sessions will be at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center. While the NED will be announcing a group rate, there is no guarantee that it will be lower than a AAA, AARP, or other corporate rate that you may already be able to access. There are many hotels close by, but not easily walkable for most. It is 3 mile and approximately 15 minutes from the school.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION

• Every competitor of a Chorus/VLQ or Quartet must purchase a convention registration

• The competitor may be "Group-registered" by a representative of the competing group. Please check with your group leaders/manager.

• Every competitor must be a current BHS member.

  • Competitors may be asked to show a competitor badge and/or BHS membership card.

LOCAL INFORMATION

RESTAURANTS NEAR THE SCHOOL

The school is on the border of Marlborough and Hudson. Both toasts boast great dining. on Friday and Saturday nights, both have a good chance of being crowded. Consider making reservations now. The closest restaurant is the Bolton Street Tavern. Welly’s is local favorite with a local in Marlborough and in Hudson. A quick ride into Downtown Marlborough gets Wemmy’s for something a bit more high end, and Thai Food lovers will enjoy Thairiffic Also close by is excellent BBQ at Firefly’s. Right near the hotel, and not advertised is Linguine’s. Small place, big Italian flavor. Also near the hotel are the 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria and 110 Grill. Both are sure to please. Hudson locals love the Rail Trail Flatbread Company, Kith & Kin, and the Horseshoe Pub. Beer lovers should find some time to visit the Medusa Brewing Company in Hudson and The Lost Shoe Brewery in Marlborough.
